While this section provides definitions for various terms and acronyms used throughout the book and in the wider male enhancement community, it is not your typical “glossary of terms.”
The next part is an elaborate discussion on fitness and nutrition and their relevance to male enhancement.
AJ admits that this section was originally meant for a bodybuilding audience but that some of the lessons can help especially because stretching your penis is a physiological exercise.
In all honesty, you could use being fitter overall because that plays into your stamina and sexual performance. It makes sense that the fitter you are, the more energetic you will be, and the more sexually proactive you will become.
He shares fitness tips and an array of not-too-strenuous bodyweight exercises you can integrate to your workout routine.
He addresses the importance of rest and its role in you are experiencing diminishing returns from your exercise routines whether for male enhancement or for your overall fitness.
This section wraps up with guest contributions that augment the contents of the book. There are useful tips in here that I think you should be very keen on. For example, there is an article on how you can increase your testosterone levels that I found eye-opening.
I think this book packs a punch. It is not all fluff as you see with many books and articles written about male enhancement.
AJ did his homework; he conducted his research and came up with a comprehensive one-stop-shop for everything to do with male enhancement… from definitions to step-by-step instructions to explanations of how things happen to tips and tricks to make the most of your exercises… it has everything as far as my expectations go.
Without taking away from it, it cannot serve as the be-all and end-all of this vast subject because we will continue to make discoveries that grow our body of knowledge while curating the techniques and tools at our disposal (and this holds true for all human endeavors, really).
That being said, the subject of male enhancement is grossly misunderstood because people are heavily under-informed. AJ does the subject justice and will continue winning followers for his approach, practices and beliefs.
Although the book is impressive overall, a few things stand out for me:
- It is methodical. The chapters are arranged with an increasing level of complexity i.e. the techniques go from beginner to intermediate to advanced. It allows practitioners to transition seamlessly through the levels and mitigates accidents.
- The exercises and routines are doable. As long as you do what your skill level dictates, you can actually pull them off.
- The diagrams and illustrations make it easier to understand what’s going on. Not everyone is excellent at following written instructions; for this group of people, audiovisual presentations go a long way. So, it is nice to see that they’ve been catered for.
- AJ stresses the importance of erectile quality (EQ) to your overall sexual experience. This is often overlooked and, therefore, I am grateful that he gives it the attention it deserves.
- The inclusion of the fitness part makes it a two for one. Considering that AJ has a background in bodybuilding, it is fitting that he gives us a peek into the world of fitness and nutrition to our benefit (in the context of male enhancement).
To recap, if you are having a hard time coming to grips with the subject of male enhancement because mainstream media and publications have done such a shoddy job covering it, read this book.
