Best Phallosan Forte Routine​

This is the Phallosan Forte six-week routine and it’s optimized to this specific extender because it’s the best extender you can get online, but you can follow this routine with similar penis extenders as well if you choose.

The Best 7 Weeks Routine:

  • THE TEST DAY: Take your Phallosan Forte device set at .88 lb/.4 kg- tested well at 60 minutes. Tension setting will be at .88 lb/.4 kg until otherwise noted.
  • Day 2: Use it for 3 hours.
  • Day 3: Rest.
  • Day 4: Use it for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Day 5: Rest.
  • Day 6: Use it for 4 hours.
  • Day 7: Rest.
  • Day 1: Use it for 4 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Day 2: Use it for 5 hours.
  • Day 3: Rest.

  • Day 3: 7 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Day 4: Rest.
  • Day 5: 8 hours.
  • Day 6: 8 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Day 7: 9 hours.

After your rest week, you can either restart the cycle using the “2 steps forward, 1 step back” method or reassess your training towards another goal. If you had issues during your cycle, it might be best to consult with a Phallosan® Forte device for more assistance.

It should be noted that the above would constitute a “perfect” progression sequence. It’s possible some trainees might not be able to adapt to 30-minute jumps per session.

If you start noticing an overall drop in erection quality and negative side effects, it should indicate smaller jumps in time should be employed.

Another scenario to consider

If you test yourself with a new tension setting and don’t do well, you’d stick with the previous tension setting and continue to add time. Once you build up to training for 3 more hours per session after your test day, another attempt can be made with the previously missed tension setting.

Unlike with penis pumps, if you want to also increase your penis girth in the process, you’ll need to use the following exercise PRIOR to your Phallosan® forte device use.

The Squeeze works best with an erection degree of about 70-80%. Some trainees have seen great benefits squeezing at higher degrees of erection (90%+), but it should be noted the intensity of squeezing a penis that is erect, must go up exponentially – and so do the risks of injury. We don’t recommend attempting that unless you’ve fully mastered the exercise at lower erection levels (and are prepared for the greater risk of injury).

If you’re new to the Squeeze, you may want to start at 50-70% erect just to get the hang of it.

Instructions:

Step 1: With one hand at the base (with your thumb and forefinger in “OK” sign as if milking) and the other hand (same way) positioned just behind the head of the penis – SQUEEZE! (Your penis should look VERY swollen and veiny.) You can make this exercise even more intense by attempting to bring your hands together while you squeeze (this would be the “advanced version” of the squeeze).

Step 2: Hold this position for five seconds.

Step 3: Release, and start over.

Goal: Start with 5 and work up to 50+ total reps, resting a bit every 10 reps or so (this is a hard exercise!)

Advanced Techniques and Variations

Once you have a couple of training cycles under your belt (pun intended), you can experiment with different techniques. This can be as simple as changing up the direction of your penis in the Phallosan® forte device (you should be alternative left and right positions to ensure even development), to experimenting with different tension settings for variety.

Here’s a sample of a high intensity “mini-phase” of Phallosan® forte device training:

  • Day 1: 3 sets of 15 minutes each with the Phallosan® forte device tension set at 4.41 lb/2 kg. Tension setting will now be at 4.41 lb/2 kg until otherwise noted.
  • Day 2: Rest.
  • Day 3: 4 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 4: Rest.
  • Day 5: 5 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 6: Rest.
  • Day 7: 6 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 1: Rest.
  • Day 2: Modified test day- At this point, an attempt at increasing tension levels to 6.61 lb/3 kg will be made. Tested well at 15 minutes. Tension setting will now be at 3.31 lb/1.5 6.61 lb/3 kg would be otherwise noted.
  • Day 3: 4 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 4: Rest.
  • Day 5: 5 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 6: Rest.
  • Day 7: 6 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 1: Rest.
  • Day 2: 7 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 3: Rest.
  • Day 4: 8 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 5: Rest.
  • Day 6: 9 sets of 15 minutes each.
  • Day 7: Rest.
Note the above had less training frequency than a standard cycle of training. That’s because higher intensity methods were used, and that type of training normally requires more rest.

Some trainees have experimented with performing manual pills on the device instead of strapping it on the belt. Please note great care should be taken to not pull too hard as injury can result. It should also be noted that it’ll be difficult to gauge tension using this approach.

Optimized 4-Week Routine For Water Pumps

If you want to use a penis pump to make your dick bigger, you’ll need to use a different routine, so here is the best routine you can follow if you use the BathMate device (just in case you don’t want to use a penis extender). As I’ve already said, it’s important to follow the right routine if you want the progress to be safe and productive.   Can you see how gradual this program is? How to Use Phallosan Forte Right

The Phallosan Forte is quite easy to use but you need to use it right and follow the right routine, we recommend that you follow the 7-Week Phallosan Forte Training Program (read on to learn how to do it) if you want to see real and lasting results.

But in this article, we would like to focus on teaching you how to use this device the right way, so that you can get the best results and avoid unwanted injuries.

How to Wear The Extender
There is a simple step-by-step process that you need to follow in order to wear Phallosan forte correctly:

Step 1: Before you even wear the device, ensure that you have the correct belt size. There is a measuring template to help you determine your correct size.

Step 2: Detach the drawbar and then rotate valve until the small protrusions align with the arrow symbol. Firmly and carefully remove the suction device and the sleeve condom.

Step 3: Take the bell-shaped device and fit the suction device to it. Slip the condom back onto the bead of the bell-shaped device and then fasten the drawbar. Once you are done with this step, the device is now ready to use.

Step 4: Wear the protector cap to protect the glans (head of the penis) from excess pressure by the suction device. To wear the protector cap seamlessly, pull it apart using your fingers and wear it on the head of your penis. It should fit perfectly if it is in the correct size.

Step 5: Roll up the condom to the edge of the bell. Draw it behind the bead of the bell to insert the device easily onto your penis. Having inserted your penis together with the protector cap into the suction device, roll the condom over the shaft of your penis.

Step 7: Adjust the position of the valve by aligning the small protrusions with the suction symbols. Use the suction pumps to create a small vacuum that draws your penis further into the bell device. Once you are comfortable enough, align the green valve with the locking symbol. At this setting, the device maintains a small vacuum.

Step 8: Now take the belt and insert the penis along with the suction device into the foam ring. Run it all the way to the base of the penis. Wear the belt around your waist. Fasten the free end of the belt to the tip of the suction device using the eyelets. To tighten the belt, adjust the push buckle.

You can wear your boxers and pants over the device and carry on with your day. Alternatively, you can wear it as you go to sleep.

Safe Removal of Phallosan Forte
Once you know how to wear it well, here is how you can remove it without damaging any part of the equipment or injuring yourself:

Step 1: After you remove the belt, adjust the green valve by turning it until it aligns with the arrow symbol. After it aligns, remove the pump from the device.

Step 2: Roll up the sleeve condom to remove it just as you do with the normal condom.

Step 3: Remove the device from your penis. All that remains is the protector cap.

Step 4: Roll up the protector cap from your glans and clean it before you wear it again. Remember to sprinkle some baby powder into it once you clean it.

How Does Phallosan Forte Work?

Phallosan Forte works based on cell growth when a body part is stretched. From a scientific approach, when a body part is stretched, the tissues of the body part in question are stretched, making the cells that make up the body tissues to multiply.
